Any tech people on my f-list?

Because, welllllll; my computer won't recognize any CD's. I'm on XP on a Compaq. The little light on the CPU next to the CD drive keeps blinking, but it won't let me use the CD on my computer. Music or Programs.

Any ideas? :(

I hate doing this, but I'm going to do a LJ cut. If I read your name and I can't think of anything to do with you or who you are or if you only post memes and quizes, I'm deleting you.
